Christmas Eve in Poland. A splash of colour against the snow. A traditional festive feast. There are lots of different dishes in this vibrant spread, but all are meat-free. Soups and salads and dumplings and plenty of fish – salmon, carp and herring. Nuts and dried fruit and spices feature in three different desserts. You can almost hear the bells ringing for Midnight Mass.
